Volunteers Sort Hundreds of Halloween Items | News
It's still September, but hundreds of volunteers got into the Halloween spirit Tuesday to sort and tag 100,000 Halloween items.
The items will be sold at Arc's Value Village thrift stores in Brooklyn Center, New Hope, Richfield and St. Paul.
The ninth annual volunteer event included costumes, dancing and special appearances by Minnesota Vikings.
The Halloween "Bootique" opens Sept. 21.
Money raised will go to support programs and services for people with developmental disabilities.
